What we process when you visit
Our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the site (IP address, time, requested page, browser). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your approximate country, derived from the IP address by the hosting provider, is used once to choose German or English. It is not stored by us.
Cookies and local storage
We only use storage that is technically necessary: a cookie remembering your language choice and a browser setting remembering your colour theme. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own server.
Bookings
When you book we process your name, email address, company, your brief and the selected package to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We store booking data for as long as tax and commercial law require.
Payment providers
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. You enter your payment details directly with the provider; we receive only the payment status and a reference. The providers’ own privacy policies apply.
Contact form
Messages you send us are used only to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and deleted when no longer needed.
Use of AI tools
Where we process material from your brief with AI tools, this is done by processors bound by contract. Customer material is not used to train models. See our AI transparency page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to hello@rexfydesign.com.
